  There are several possible reasons why your Bond Outdoor Fireplace won't light. It could be due to: * A broken igniter pin (contact Bond Manufacturing Co.,Inc. for a replacement part). * A loose or disconnected electrode wire (reconnect it to the igniter box inside the table behind the igniter box). * The electrode wire shorting between the valve and igniter pin (contact Bond Manufacturing Co.,Inc. for a replacement part). * No gas flow (check that the gas tank isn’t empty). * The regulator not being securely connected to the tank (tighten the regulator connection to the gas tank).

  Your Bond Outdoor Fireplace might be emitting black smoke due to a few reasons: * The flame could be obstructed at the burner ports (ensure all burner ports are free of lava rocks, pumice stones, or LavaGlass® pieces). * The regulator hose may be kinked (straighten any bends or kinks in the hose). * There may be no gas flow (verify that the gas tank isn’t empty).

What to do if there is a sudden drop in gas flow in my Bond 52095?

  If you experience a sudden drop in gas flow with your Bond Outdoor Fireplace, it could be due to: * Activation of the excess flow safety valve. To resolve this: 1. Turn the control knob to the ‘off’ position. 2. Close the tank valve and disconnect the propane gas tank. 3. Turn the control knob to ‘high’ and wait 1 minute. 4. Turn the control knob back to the ‘off’ position. 5. Reconnect the propane gas tank. 6. Light the fire unit as indicated in the ‘To Light’ section of this manual. * High or gusting winds, in which case you should increase the flame to ‘high’.

How to fix clogged burner ports on Bond 52095?

  If you suspect clogged burner ports on your Bond Outdoor Fireplace, turn off all gas flow connections. Then, insert an opened paperclip (or similar item) into each of the burner ports to clear them out.
