If there is water lying in the bottom of the machine, the level sensor may not be working; check its operation and replace the batteries if needed. Why is the hot water not hot enough in my Borg & Overstrom Water Dispenser?
    • D
      Daniel ToddAug 30, 2025
If the hot water is not hot enough, wait for the heating LED to stop showing, as the heating cycle may be incomplete. High hot water usage can also affect the temperature, so advise users accordingly. If the issue persists, the thermostat may not be working and may need checking and replacement. Additionally, check if the overheat function is active and reset the switch on the overheat temperature sensor if necessary.
