Ι
The motor does not work, runs slowly or
gets too hot
1. Cable problem, insucient voltage
2. Wire extension too thin or too long
3. Fault in the pressure switch
4. Fault in the motor
5. Scking in the compressor
1. Check the cable
2. Change the wire
3. Replace or repair
4. Replace or repair
5. Check and repair
Stuck in the compressor 1. The moving parts hot due to oil
insuciency
2. The moving parts damaged or stuck by
foreign object.
Check the cranksha, connecng rod,
piston, springs, etc. and replace if
necessary.
Vibraons or abnormal noise 1. Connecon part is loose
2. Foreign object in the compressor.
3. Piston knocking valve seat
4. Moving parts too worn
1. Check and reghten
2. Check and clean
3. Replace with a thicker gasket.
4. Repair or replace
The pressure is insucient or the discharge
capacity is decreased
1. The motor is running too slowly.
2. The belt is too loose or stained with
greasy dirt
3. The air lter is dirty
4. Leakage in the safety valve
5. Leakage in the discharge pipe
6. Sealing gasket is damaged.
7. Valve plate damaged.
8. Piston springs and cylinder are worn or
damaged.
1. Check and repair
2. Adjust and clean
3. Clean or replace the cartridge
4. Check and adjust
5. Check and repair
6. Check and replace
7. Replace and clean
8. Repair or replace.
Oil consumpon is excessive 1. The oil level is too high
2. The venlaon pipe is clogged
3. Piston springs and cylinder are worn or
damaged
1. Keep the oil at the correct level
2. Check and clean
3. Repair or change
a) Suitable material: air
b) Intake temperature is 40, exhaust temperature is less than 180.
c) Filter characteriscs relate to quality and quanty, and the recommended replacement frequency is 250 hours.
d) Pressure limit is 0.1Mpa and lubricaon system temperature is less than 70.
e) Warning: incorrect oil viscosity during cold start , clogged oil lter or valve malfuncon can cause oil shortage.
f) Beware of very hot surfaces.
g) Valve maintenance and tesng requirements:
when the inside of the valve loses control and when the pressure is above the valve, the release valve will automacally open to protect the
inter-cooler.
When the pressure switch loses its eecveness, the pressure in the tank will be 1.1 mes the indicated pressure, the safety valve will automat-
ically open to protect the machine. Note: both of the above valves are strictly security sengs, any change or revise is expressly prohibited.
h) Instrucons for proper use are listed on the next page. Check according to the warning, liing and transportaon should be performed carefully on the
machine.
i)all connecons and hoses are suitable for use with air compressors.
j) Recommendaon: For pressures above 7 Bar , supply hoses should be ed with a safety grip, e.g. not wire rope
k) Deviaons from the horizontal posion are prohibited
1) Li the base
2) That a safety harness is in place to stop the machine if necessary.
3) That the cables are correctly connected
4) That the brake is not acvated, where ed
5) Carry out proper cleaning of connected hoses and equipment
6) If the brake is not acvated place plugs in front of the wheels.
7) The service instrucons describe the procedure and should only be carried out by an authorised service agent.
