Getting Started
The BCC100 thermostat is designed to work on most 24VAC
low voltage heating and cooling systems such as gas and oil
furnaces, heat pumps, and single or dual-stage systems.
Professional installation recommended for:
Humidifiers and dehumidifiers
Before removing the wires from the old thermostat, take a
picture of the wiring configuration for reference, and then
label each wire according to the terminal codes using the
wire labels provided.
Remove the Old Thermostat

NOTE: After labeling the wires, secure them to an
object such as a pen or clip to prevent them from
falling back into the wall.
WARNING: Turn Off Power
Failure to turn off power may result in
electrical shock and/or system damage.
Disconnect the wires from the old thermostat one by
one. Do not let wires fall back into the wall.
Turn Off Power
Please turn off the unit’s main power at the circuit panel
before beginning the installation process.
