Step 3: Anchor outdoor unit
The outdoor unit can be anchored to to a commercially available mounting pad on
the ground or to a wall-mounted bracket (fi eld supplied).
Unit mounting dimensions
The following is a list of diff erent outdoor unit sizes and the distance between their
mounting feet. Prepare the installation base of the unit according to the dimensions
below.
NOTICE: PROPERTY DAMAGE/SYSTEM FAILURE
 Never mount this unit directly on the ground. It must be
anchored according to the guidance provided in these
instructions, and/or local building codes.
