Audio Alarm Verification
Each control center includes a speaker and a microphone. In case of an alarm, the
panel transmits the message to a monitoring center. The operator can then
immediately initiate a phone connection to your customer’s panel and listen into his
premises, so the situation can be verified, e.g. corroborate an intrusion attempt or a
false alarm caused by the user. A communication between the person in the
premises and the monitoring station can be established and helps to reduce
unnecessary costs due to (e.g.) police interventions.
