l A “bevel cut” is a cross-cut made with the blade
perpendicular to the fence and with the table set at
miter. The blade can be tilted to any angle
within the saw’s range: the left is 0 to 47° and the

ight is 0 to 47°.
l The bevel scale is sized and positioned for easy
reading – see Figure 48.
