Poultry and meat
Insert the wire rack and baking tray together at the same level. When the roast is cooked, switch off the combination steam
oven and leave the roast to rest for a further 10 minutes with
the door closed. This will keep the meat juicier.
Cooking with the Combination mode leaves the meat
particularly juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
