8. If the superordinate code is to be changed, enter this code now and
then press

Starting at this time, access to the ”Change code” mode is possible
only with the superordinate code that was just entered.
9. Press the
key.
The next code screen opens.
1st line: Change code
2nd line:<What is protected> (e.g. main menu entry RUN)
3rd line: Access .0
4th line: Change .0
If no code is required, a value of ”0” must be entered.
D Codes in line ”Access”:
Access to the submenu is protected by a code. All data can only be
displayed even after the correct code has been entered.
D Codes in line ”Change”:
Data in the submenu can be changed only after entering the valid
code.
To define codes here, continue with 10., otherwise with 12.
10. Use key
or to select the desired line (Access, Change) and en-
ter the code.
11. Use key
to activate the displayed code.

12. Press the
key to call the next code assignment screen.

. If all the screens for assigning codes have been opened, the BT
6.190 displays the device type and information regarding the cur-
rent firmware version if key
is pressed. In this case, press the
key to return to the uppermost menu level.
