Commissioning | Analog amplifier RA 41/48
8 Commissioning
During all work for commissioning the analog amplifier, observe the general safety
instructions and intended use detailed in chapter 2 "Safety instructions" from
page8 on.
When commissioning the analog amplifier, the machine may pose unforeseen
hazards. Before commissioning the system, you must therefore ensure that the
vehicle and the hydraulic system are in asafe condition.
The analog amplifier is commissioned by setting the potentiometers.
Commission the machine and check the correct functioning of the analog
amplifier.
81 Parameterization
CAUTION
Risk of personal injury and damage to equipment
Since the parameterization is completed when the electrical system is switched
on, the machine/vehicle can unintentionally move on and cause damage.
Make sure that nobody is in the danger zone.
Make sure that the machine/vehicle cannot start moving, if possible
(e.g.by disconnecting the gearbox or jacking the vehicle.
The analog amplifier must be set before commissioning so that at 100% of the
command value signal, it supplies the desired command value current at its output.
To set the analog amplifier, proceed as follows:
1 Turn the setting potentiometer at the RA for I
min
and I
max
completely to the left.
2 Set the setpoint potentiometer or the joystick, the sensor or the corresponding
signal source (in the following only referred to as setpoint potentiometer) to
100% (maximum value).
3 Turn the setting potentiometer for I
min
to the right so that the pump, the motor,
the valve or the drive just respond.
4 Turn the setting potentiometer I
max
to the right until the desired reaction of the
hydraulic function is reached.
The setting potentiometer I
max
should not be turned clockwise after the desired
reaction (quantity/speed/pressure, etc.) has been reached, as otherwise
unnecessarily high current flows. Apart from that, the drive is not directly
reduced when the setpoint potentiometer is reduced (<100%). is reduced.
Vice versa, the maximum modulation is already achieved before 100% command
value presetting.
The correct setting exists if the drive directly follows when the setpoint
potentiometer is reduced from 100%.
