10 Disassembly and replacement
10.1 Preparing for disassembly
NOTE
The device might be destroyed!
f Decommission the entire system as described in the overall system manual.
f De-energize the device and all connected components.
10.2 Disassembling the digital axis control
Proceed as follows to disassemble the VT-HNC100...3X:
f Pull off the connection lines and plugs.
f Release the VT-HNC100...3X from the top hat rail.
Press down
Apply pressure and
tilt out top down.

10.3 Preparing the components for storage/further use
Proceed as follows in order to prepare the VT-HNC100...3X for storage and
further use:
f Only use the geniune packaging for storage.
f Observe the admissible storage temperature range that is specified in
RE 30139.
f Protect against dust and humidity.
