What to do if my Bose Speaker System has no sound?

If your Bose CineMate Speaker System has no sound, ensure the system is turned on (the green LED on the interface module should be lit). Increase the volume and, if applicable, select the correct source on your CineMate GS series II remote. Check that the TV isn't muted and verify that the interface module and speaker cables are firmly connected to the Acoustimass module. Also, inspect the speaker connections and ensure the correct TV video input is selected. Confirm that the TV’s audio output is enabled, and if it's set to VARIABLE, turn off the TV's internal speakers and increase the TV volume. If using a different sound source, make sure it's playing audio.
