What to do if my Bose SoundDock II Stereo System has no sound?

If your Bose Stereo System isn't producing any sound, try these steps: * Increase the system volume. * If using an iPod/iPhone or another audio device, increase its volume and ensure it's playing. * Confirm the system is plugged in, the audio device is on, and audio is playing. * Press the Play/Stop button on the remote. Press and hold to hear a second device while the iPod/iPhone charges. * Unplug the power cord for one minute, then plug it back in to reset the system (you should hear a tone). * Ensure your iPod/iPhone has the latest software version.
