TROUBLESHOOTING
RESET THE SPEAKER
If the speaker is unresponsive, you can reset it.
Reseing the speaker resets the product controls and reboots the speaker. It doesn’t
clear any device seings.
NOTE: Make sure the USB-C cable isn’t connected to the speaker.
1. Press and hold the Power buon I for up to 30 seconds until the speaker
powers o.
2. Press the Power buon I.
The Power light glows according to the baery level (see page 26).
NOTES:
• If the USB-C cable is connected, you must remove it before you can reset
the speaker.
