Changing the output power of the HF device

Before increasing the output power of the HF device,
check that:
x all HF cables and connectors are properly
connected;
x the ligation instrument is properly connected
(see the operating instructions of the HF
device);
x the foot switch works properly;
x the insulation of the HF cable D, the jaws
A1, the shank tube B and the trocar sleeve
is in good condition;
x the active electrodes of the jaws A1 are
clean and not worn out.
5.3. Withdrawal
WARNING
Risk of patient injury due to damaged or broken-off
parts!

Check the jaw insert after each withdrawal. All parts
must be present.
1. Close the jaws A1.
2. Withdraw the ligation instrument from the trocar sleeve.
