20. Using a 6mm hex wrench, remove the indicated hardware that
attaches the Handlebars. Be prepared to support the weight of each
Handlebar before removing the hardware.
21. Safely remove the Upper Hand Grip and the Snap Hook from
both of the the Upper Pulleys.
