Why is my BOWHEAD Scooter battery not charging?

  There are several reasons why your BOWHEAD Scooter battery might not be charging. It could be due to poorly connected charger, so adjust the connections. The charger itself might be damaged, or the battery could be faulty. Damaged wiring or a charge fuse issue can also prevent charging. In the case of a charge fuse issue, replace the 5A charge fuse. If the charger is damaged, contact Bowhead customer support to replace the battery. If the battery is damaged, disconnect and store it in a safe location and recycle or dispose of it according to local rules.

  If your BOWHEAD Scooter has no power, it could be due to a loose, unplugged, or damaged connection. Check the throttle connection. Alternatively, the battery might be drained to unsafe levels. Test the battery with a multi-meter to determine voltage.

  A reduced range on your BOWHEAD Scooter can be caused by several factors. Check if the tire pressure is low and inflate the tires to the recommended PSI. A low battery will also reduce the range, so ensure that you charge the battery. If the battery has been discharged for a long period without regular charges, balance the battery.
