1.0 Scope
The purpose of this document is to provide the necessary information to check the accuracy of the PRO 6000
ear thermometer. The document will be used to standardize the procedure of checking the thermometer accuracy.
2.0 General information
The Braun ThermoScan® thermometer is a clinical grade ear thermometer indicated for the intermittent measurement
of human body temperature in patients of all ages in a professional use environment.
