Pizza Dough
• The DOUGH setting is used to make a variety of bread
dough types (with the exception Pizza dough).
• After the end of the first rise, remove the dough, shape it,
and bake it in a conventional oven.
• Dough Cycle takes 1 hour 30 minutes.
• The Pizza Dough setting will simplify Pizza Dough
preparation. When the dough is ready, roll it out with a
rolling pin and top with your favorite toppings. Then
bake in a conventional oven, following the times and
temperatures given in your recipe.
