11. Dismount the bearings (A), the spacer ring (B)
and the retaining ring (C) with the correct tool.
Clean the hub.
12. Remove the seal ring (A). Clean and degrease
the bore.
13. Fit a new seal ring (A) using good engineering
practises. The seal ring must be fitted in the
correct orientation (B). Make sure that the open
side points to the pump cover.
14. Slightly oil the inner ring of the (new) bearings
and the seat on the hub. Fit the bearings and
the rings.
The bearings are placed on the hub with a slight
interference fit. Use a pressing tool to press the
bearings on the hub.
