Why Briggs & Stratton Snapper RER100 engine will not start using electric starter?

The Briggs & Stratton Lawn Mower engine may fail to start with the electric starter due to several reasons. The fuel tank might be empty, so fill it with fresh fuel. The engine may need choking, so move the engine speed control to the CHOKE position. Check if the spark plug wire is disconnected and place it onto the spark plug. A blown fuse could be the cause, so replace it with a new 20 AMP fuse. The battery might be weak or dead, requiring a charge or replacement. Ensure the battery cables are clean and connected, replacing them if broken. Also, make sure the ignition is in the START position.
