      If error 'E1' is displayed on the front panel of your Bristan Plumbing Product, it could be due to: * Heated water remaining in the shower: Wait for the water to cool down or carry out the Purge procedure before using it again. * Insufficient water flowing through the shower, possibly due to a blockage: Remove the filter/showerhead and clean it. * Faulty outlet water temperature thermistor: Contact Customer Services. * Other fault: Contact Customer Services.

      If error ‘E3’ is displayed on the front panel of your Bristan Plumbing Product, it could indicate the following: * A solenoid valve stuck open or closed: Check that the cables connecting the solenoid to the Power Supply board are fully connected at each end (blue & brown wires). If the problem persists, contact Customer Services. * A possible blockage: Remove the filter / showerhead and clean it. * A closed water isolating valve: Open the water isolating valve fully. * A faulty flow sensor: Check that the cables connecting the Flow Sensor to the Power Supply board are fully connected at each end (red, blue & yellow wires). If the problem persists, contact Customer Services.

      If error 'E2' is displayed on the front panel of your Bristan Plumbing Product, it may be caused by: * A faulty inlet or outlet thermistor: Check that the thermistor cable assembly (four black wires) is fully inserted into the connector on the Power Supply board. If the problem continues, contact Customer Services. * A fault with the Temperature Control Dial: Contact Customer Services.

      If the letters 'LP' appear on the front panel of your Bristan Plumbing Product, it could be due to several reasons: * A low-pressure water supply: Turn the unit off and wait until the water pressure increases before using it again. * A partially closed water isolating valve: Fully open the water isolating valve. * Low water flow through the showerhead: Clean the showerhead. * A faulty outlet water temperature thermistor: Ensure the thermistor cable assembly (four black wires) is fully inserted into the connector on the Power Supply board. If the problem continues, contact Customer Services. * The TCO has been activated: Turn the unit off and wait 5 minutes for it to cool before using it again.
