Service Checks
•
Check the water inlet solenoid is energised.
•
Check the water supply stop tap is turned ON.
•
Check the water inlet solenoid operates.
•
Check the water inlet solenoid and supply hose filters are not blocked.
•
Check if the pump operates when powered ON and delivers sufficient water to the
distribution system.
•
Check the water distribution system is not blocked.
•
Check the filter pads are in good condition and not damaged.
•
Check if low evaporation rate conditions have applied.
•
Check if the ServoSeal opens and the drain valve is closes fully.
•
Check if the ServoSeal closes and the drain valve opens fully.
•
Check for coating on the sensor probe which may prevent proper circuit.
•
Check if the sensor probe wiring and terminals are open circuit.
•
Check if the sensor probe wiring and terminals are short circuit.
•
Check the N-E5 internal 8 Amp fuse is not open circuit.
•
Check the N-E5 module is located correctly in the base terminal connection
mounting bracket.
•
Check the Trident loom and plug connections.
•
Check in the N-E5 is a 10 Volt output to the water inlet solenoid in the OFF cycle.
•
Check the water inlet pressure is within 300 - 1000 kPa.
