Press the green Go button seven times in succession

When “Replace toner” shows on the LCD panel …
Try: press the green Go button seven times in succession.
If that fails …
> press  or  until you get “General setup”
> press OK
> press  or  to select “Replace toner”
> press OK
> press  or  to select “Continue”
> press Go
To reset DCP-L2500d, DCP-L2520dw, DCP-L2540dn
When “Replace toner” shows on the LCD panel …
> press Menu
> press  or  until you get “General setup”
> press OK
> press  or  to select “Replace toner”
> press OK
> press  or  to select “Continue”
> press OK
> press Stop/Exit
