Step #4: Loosely attach the four leg attach brackets to
the top of the legs with 3/8-16 x 1”-1/2” hex head screws
and 3/8 at washers.

Step #7: Loosely attach the two side sills to the two end
sills and two cross supports with 5/16-18 x 3” hex head
screws, 5/16 at washers and 5/16-18 threaded nut
plates.
Step #8: Securely attach the two slate attach cleats to
each end sill with 5/16-18 x 4-1/2” hex head screws, 5/16
at washers and 5/16 -18 hex nuts.
