To delete a mailbox
Press SELECT FUNCTION.

USER PROG.

Display shows 5: PERSONAL BOX PRG
Press YES.
Display shows PERSONAL BOX NO [ ]
Enter the mailbox number you want between
1 and 8.
Press
YES.
Display shows PERSONAL BOX [CONF]
Press NO until the display shows PERSONAL
BOX [CLOSE]
Press YES.
Display shows DELETE PERSONAL BOX
Press YES to confirm.
Display shows PERSONAL BOX NO. [ ]
You can now close another mailbox.
Press
SELECT FUNCTION to return to
standby.
Please note
If the display shows ILLEGAL OPERATION , the
mailbox already holds a confidential message.
Please select another mailbox.
