When you are using Fax2Net, your eF@x 2000
reports will additionally show the following details.
Configuration Reports
Will include:
• Fax2Net server telephone number
• Fax2net account number
• International telephone prefix
Telephone Directory
Registered e-mail address and web pages contained
in the One Touch directory
Activity Report
E-mail address (up to 20 characters)
Web page
Codes
The following codes will be added:

International fax via Fax2Net

Prepaid Card Registration
If the call doesn’t go through
If the Fax2Net server does not respond or is busy,
your call is handled as a normal fax and your machine
will redial.
If the information is not sent correctly or if your account
has expired, the connection is stopped and your
machine gives a warning beep and an error message
is displayed.
If the display shows
CHECK ACCOUNT NO
, you may have
entered your account number incorrectly. Please check
and try again. If you entered the correct account
number, please contact the Fax2Net Customer Support
Centre at 0207 341 5523. Lines are open 9am-5pm,
Monday – Friday.
Please note
You cannot use the Fax2Net service if you have set
Restricted access, see page 64.
