View an entry
You can display a name and number together.
Press DIR. Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION. Scroll DOWN to
SHOW NUMBER
and press OK.
Edit an entry
2. Press DIR. Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION. Scroll DOWN to
EDIT ENTRY
and press OK.
3. Display shows the name and
EDIT NAME . Use CLEAR
and the keypad to change the name, then press SAVE.
4. Display shows
EDIT NUMBER . Use CLEAR and the keypad
to change the number and press SAVE to confirm.
Delete entries
You can delete individual entries or the entire directory.
1. Press DIR. Scroll UP or DOWN to highlight the entry you
want, then press OPTION. Scroll DOWN to
DELETE
ENTRY
or DELETE ALL and press OK.
2. Display asks you to confirm. Press DELETE to confirm or
SAVE to cancel.
