Scroll down and select Select Option
[System VM Box] -Outgoing Line Priority
-PABX Group

Select the Line(s) which are to be System VM Box
answered by the System Answering -Access 1
Machine when it is enabled -Line 1

Note: To utilise the Voicemail features on the BT Versatility, you must purchase the optional
Voicemail module
Enabling System Voicemail Box
From Extension 20 in idle menu Scroll
down and select -Internal call
-Redial last number
[System VM Box] -Saved numbers
Scroll down and select
-Night service
[System VM Box] -System VM Box
-Divert
Once enabled extension 20 idle -System VM box
menu appears as shown -Internal call
-Redial last number
