u Attach the assembled feeding tube to the noz-
zle.
u Attach the inlet tube in place with the union
nut.
u Install the feed tube at the peristaltic pump.

5.6 Installing the ultrasonic nozzle in closed mode

Incorrect cooling gas in closed mode e.g. compressed air
Incorrect cooling gas can lead to an potential explosive environment.
u Use inert gas.
NOTICE
Water as cooling medium
Water as cooling medium can cause an instrument damage.
u Use compressed air.
u Insert the ultrasonic nozzle into the heater ele-
ment of the Mini Spray Dryer B-290.
u Attach the ultrasonic nozzle with the ultrasonic
nozzle cable on the ultrasonic controller.
