8. When the ECM Tuner has nished preparing to uninstall
the tune, it will prompt you to turn the key to the RUN
position.
a. Turn the key to the RUN
(or ON) position.
b. Press Continue
(top right button).
9. The ECM Tuner will connect to the engine computer
and write the calibration.
‣ This means that the ECM Tuner is actively writing
the tune to the engine
computer.
‣ This process can take
between 15 and 45
minutes; it will take
about ½ hour on most
vehicles.
‣ Do NOT interrupt the
ECM Tuner.
10. When the ECM Tuner has nished uninstalling the tune
from the engine computer, it will prompt you to turn the
key to the OFF position.
a. Turn the key to the OFF
position.
b. Press Continue (top
right button).
