Faucet Side Car Relocation
Instructions
TO BE PERFORMED BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL
These instructions are intended for relocating the facuet side car on an ICB SH brewer. Ensure all tools are present before
performing the installation.
WARNING: Disconnect the brewer from the power source before performing the procedure. Ensure the
water is drained from the tank and be aware that many internal parts can be extremely hot; allow contents of
tank to cool before proceeding.

Tools Required:
8/32 socket/wrench
Flat Blade Screwdriver

Initial Disassembly Steps

Disconnect brewer power, remove front panel, and detach the faucet side car cover.

Faucet and Component Removal

Drain water, detach the faucet tube, and remove side car fasteners and assembly.

Side Car Preparation and Mounting

Install badges, fasteners, plate assembly, and spacer; remove base screw.

Attaching and Securing the Side Car

Align faucet side car, secure with hardware, insert grommet, and reattach base screw.

Final Connections and Tubing Routing

Rotate faucet, route tube, connect to shank, and secure the cover.

Reassembly and Completion

Place and secure the front panel to finish the side car relocation.
