Before removing the 115/230 V AC power supply board from the device:
Cut the power supply on all conductors and isolate the electrical power supply.
Make a note of the correspondence between the colours of the wires and all terminals on the elec-
tronic board.
Prepare the user manual for your device, which you can find on the CD delivered with the device:
If the device is an 8025 UNIVERSAL, refer to the user manual with order code 00555851.
If the device is an 8025 or 8035 BATCH, refer to the user manual with order code 00564510.
1. REPLACING THE 115/230 V AC POWER
SUPPLY BOARD ON A COMPACT VERSION
Unscrew the screw in the flap and the 4 screws in the cover.
Unscrew all the terminals in the electronic board housed in the cover.
Make a note of the correspondence between the wires and the terminals and then disconnect all electrical
wires from their terminal.
Make a note of the correspondence between the wires and the terminals and then disconnect all cables from
the 115/230 V AC power supply board and the electronic board.
Unscrew the 2 screws
in the power supply
board. See opposite.

Earth terminal
Carefully remove the power supply board.
Unscrew the earth terminal from the power supply board (see figure above) and disconnect the earth cable.
Connect the earth cable to the new power supply board and tighten the earth screw.
Insert the new power supply board into the bottom of the box, taking care to place the 115/230 V AC power
connection terminal box on the cable glands side. See figure above.
Tighten the 2 screws in the power supply board to secure the power supply board to the box.
