Using your Outdoor DAB Radio
Let’s get started
Sleep timer
You can set your radio to turn off automatically using the sleep timer. You can choose
from Sleep off, 15, 30, 45, 60 and 90 minutes.
With your radio switched on (not in Standby mode):
1. Press and hold the Menu/Info button to enter the menu options.
2. Use the Tune control to scroll to <System>. Press and release the Enter button.
3. Use the Tune control to scroll to <Sleep>. Press and release the Enter button.
4. Use the Tune control to scroll through the available options. Stop when the sleep time
you would like is displayed and press and release the Enter button. <Sleep> will be
displayed.
5. The sleep time minutes that you have selected will be displayed on the top line of the
radio display and will countdown until the radio switches off.
Cancel the Sleep timer
With your radio switched on (not in Standby mode):
1. Press and hold the Menu/Info button to enter the menu options.
2. Use the Tune control to scroll to <System>. Press and release the Enter button.
3. Use the Tune control to scroll to <Sleep>. Press and release the Enter button
4. Use the Tune control to scroll to Sleep off. Press and release the Enter button. <Sleep>
will be displayed.
Display backlight timeout
You can adjust the display backlight timeout. Options of permanently On, 10, 20, 30, 45,
60, 90, 120, and 180 seconds are available. An ‘*’ will be displayed next to the current
