software can only be used on the Bush manufactured product that it is delivered with.
2. Title – You have no title, ownership rights, rights to trade secrets, or intellectual rights to
the Bush software.
3. Limitations - You may not alter, decrypt, disassemble, decompile, or reverse engineer
in part or in whole the Bush software except as permitted by mandatory applicable law.
4. Copyright/intellectual rights – The Bush software is protected by the laws of England
and Wales, United States and other applicable International Copyright and intellectual
property laws and treaties.
5. No warranty/limited liability
A. Bush software is licensed to you.
B. Bush makes not guarantees either expressed or implied as to the correctness, accuracy,
reliability, fitness of use for a particular purpose or otherwise of its software. This does not
aect your consumer rights set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015
