  If your BushCaddy Aircrafts engine runs too hot (oil temperature above 110°C or 230°F), consider the following: * Check and adjust the oil level if there is too much oil in the crankcase. * Check and add oil if the oil level is low. * Change the oil, using the specified oil, if the current oil is of poor quality. * Change the filter if the oil filter is clogged. * If there is excessive piston blow-by due to worn or sticking piston rings, a complete engine overhaul may be necessary. * If metallic particles are present in the oil due to faulty bearings, a complete engine overhaul is necessary. * Exchange the gauge if the oil temperature gauge is faulty.

  If your BushCaddy Aircrafts engine continues to run even after the ignition is turned off, it could be due to the following reasons: * The idle speed is too high, so adjust it to the proper idle speed of 900 RPM. * There is a faulty ignition switch; check the switch and cables, and repair or replace them as necessary. * The engine is overheated; conduct a cooling run at 900 RPM.
