Battery indicator does not
light up when charging
1. Battery damaged
2. Wrong charger used
3. Adaptor incorrectly connected or damaged
1. Replace a battery
2. Check whether the adapter is plugged in.
3. Make sure to use the original charger, the specification is:
31.0V 0.5A
Not charging
1. Battery temperature is too high or too low
2. The battery indicator does not light up when
charging
1. Please wait for the battery temperature to return to
normal before charging
2. Check whether the adapter is plugged in. Replace a
battery or adaptor
