What to do if the displayed emission power is unusually low in my BWT Water Filtration System?

If the emission power is unusually low, it could be due to several reasons. The UV transmission of the drinking water might be too low, requiring feed water treatment through filtration. Alternatively, iron or manganese deposits may have formed, necessitating the removal of deposits on the UV emitter casing tube and sensor window, with possible replacement of the tube. Other potential causes include UV emitters exceeding their service life (EOL), requiring replacement, a misaligned UV emitter (rotate slightly), faulty UV emitters (replace), sensor malfunction (replace sensor), air bubbles in front of the sensor window (relieve pressure and re-install sensor window), or electromagnetic interference (eliminate the interference signal).
