First Use Burning Smell

Slight burning smell during initial heating is normal and dissipates.

Water Residue on Opening

Residual water from testing; removed by 'First Time Use' procedure.

No Beverage (Red Light)

Indicates empty water tank or incorrect Tea button usage. Requires refill/correction.

Coffee Not Hot Enough

Caused by cold milk/cups or scale. Solutions include preheating and descaling.

Lever Cannot Be Lowered

Drawer full or stuck capsule. Requires drawer emptying or capsule dislodging.

Indicator Light RED, Cold Water

Signifies heating issues. Reset machine or contact customer service.

Machine Stops Without Dispensing

Likely incorrect programming or need for descaling. Reprogram or descale.

Indicator Light Orange

Signal for descaling. Follow the 'Descaling' instructions on Page 14.

Slow/Weak Coffee Quality

Caused by incorrect capsules or lack of rinsing. Use correct capsules and rinse after use.

Coffee Grinds in Cup

Result of incorrect capsules or not cycling water. Use correct capsules and rinse.

Water in Used Capsule Drawer

Occurs when Rinse Capsule is not used for hot water/rinsing/descaling.
