  If your CAIRE medical equipment unit isn't operating, first, ensure the power cord is properly connected to the electrical outlet. Next, check the power source, wall switch, fuse, or circuit breaker in your house to confirm there is power at the outlet. Finally, check the oxygen concentrator's circuit breaker and press the reset button on the front of the unit. If it trips again, contact your Equipment Provider.

Second, check your nasal cannula, face mask, catheter, oxygen delivery tube, or other accessories for kinks or obstructions, replacing them if needed. Lastly, ensure the cannula tubing is securely connected at the control panel.
