If the red light is solid, there's a constant beep, and your Eclipse 5 isn't delivering oxygen or powering on, it likely needs a reset after a temporary power loss. Here’s what you should do: 1. Remove the power cartridge and disconnect the AC or DC power supply. The red light should disappear. Wait about 20 seconds, then reconnect the power sources and try powering on the Eclipse 5 again. 2. Check the external power supply connections to ensure they are secure at the Eclipse 5, the transformer, and the outlet. 3. Try a different electrical outlet. 4. Check that the status LED on the external power supply and the external power LED on the Eclipse 5 are lit. If not, try another external power supply.
