Mounting Post Location

Mounting Post Installation

Install Mounting Post

Attach the mounting post to the outside lock and mounting plate.

Lock Installation

Install Outside Lock and Spindle

Place the outside lock and fit the spindle into the exit device guide.

Install Inside Lock and Secure Assembly

Mount the inside lock, fix it with screws, and attach the inside cover.

Verify Lock Fitment and Operation

Check the lock is correctly fitted and test its functionality.

To Change Access Code

Prepare for Code Change

Enter existing code, turn lever, press Y, and release.

Reset Buttons to Non-Code Position

Set all buttons to non-code mode using the code change tool.

Test Non-Code Position

Confirm buttons are unset by testing the 'C' button and lever.

Select New Code Buttons

Use the tool to select and set the new code buttons.

Finalize New Access Code

Press 'C' then the new code, turn lever; Y button should pop up.

Access Code Recovery

Remove the Outside Lock

The first step in recovery is to detach the outside lock unit from the door.
