TROUBLESHOOTING
My tool is jammed.
• Ensure that if you compress the Screw Feed Assembly that you drive a screw. Double-pumping
may result in two screws loading simultaneously, which will require removal of the second screw.
• Ensure the screw is centered with the drive line in the Screw Feed Assembly.
The screws don’t advance properly.
• Use only CAMO Collated Hidden Fasteners.
• Ensure the screw strip is inserted properly in the Feed Indexer and Nose Piece.
• Ensure fasteners advance properly by adjusting the Tension Setter on the Feed Rail if necessary.
• Lift the tool completely off the work surface after driving each screw.
The screws aren’t penetrating the board surface or fully seating into the board edge.
• Ensure the Driver Drill is not in reverse.
• Ensure the Depth of Drive is set correctly (see factory setting in the Loading the Tool section).
