Gas Cylinder

Hose Connections

Using XP D 36-110 Hose

Fit hose tightly to appliance and regulator, secure with clamps. Verify sealing.

Using XP D 36-112 or NF D 36-112 Hose

Attach hose with G 1/2 and M20x1.5 nuts to appliance and regulator. Use wrenches to tighten.

Press control knob, turn counterclockwise to full flow, push piezo switch.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Burner Cleaning

Clean burner with damp sponge and possibly a wet steel brush. Ensure outlets are clear.

Control Panel Cleaning

Clean control panel with a sponge and dishwashing liquid. Avoid abrasive products.

Firebox Wall Cleaning

Clean the bottom of the grill after each use with a damp sponge.

Grease Recovery Tray Cleaning

Clean tray after each use. Sand can be used to absorb grease.

Cooking Grids Cleaning

Clean cooled grids with a specific cleaner and brushes or in the dishwasher.

Troubleshooting

Difficulty in Lighting Up

Check regulator, safe mode, hose condition, and cylinder level.

Unstable Flames

Possible air in cylinder or gas circuit. Let barbecue run to clear.

Burner Will Not Light

Check hose, injector, tap, venturi tube, and burner holes for blockages.

Uneven Burner Performance

Check gas supply in cylinder or clean venturi tube/reposition burner.

Large Flame on Burner Surface

Check cylinder level or clean venturi tube/reposition burner.

Flame at the Injector

Check cylinder level or clean venturi tube.

Insufficient Cooking Temperature

Check injector/Venturi tube for blockages or accumulated grease.

Grease Ignites Abnormally

Ensure grease is not accumulated at the bottom of the grill.

Piezo Ignitor Failure

Check wires, electrodes, and piezo ignitor connection.

Flame at Hose Connection

Check air tightness of coupling and presence of flat seal.

Flame Behind Control Panel

Turn appliance off, close cylinder, and contact after-sales service.
