10) Once the cooking operation are concluded, stop the grill burner by turning the
knob to the “off” position (0° angle).
11) Take out the food or the saucepans with appropriate protection against
scalding. Wait till the complete cool down of the equipment before closing the
deflector and the grill door.
Only use saucepan, pans and accessories expressly designed for this use, made
from materials resistant to high temperatures and suitable for contact with food.
