This section describes codes shown in case any problem is occurred on the product.
Code Type Description
Error code This code is displayed when a failure caused by the host machine occurred.
Jam Code This code is displayed when a jam has occurred inside the machine.
Alarm Code None
If a code which is not mentioned in the Service Manual occurs, obtain the following information as much as possible, for smooth
support when escalating the case to the quality management department.
• Logs (jam/error log report, etc.)
• Version information
• Debug log
• Occurrence status

The jam codes of this machine contain information on the location, pickup position and paper size.
The location and the pickup position are displayed single-digit, and the paper size is displayed 2-digit and have the following
meanings.
