Installation Procedure
Check Items When Turning
OFF the Main Power
Check that the main power of the host machine is OFF.
1.
Turn OFF the main power switch of the host
machine.
2.
Check that the display in the Control Panel and the
lamp of the main power are turned off, then
disconnect the power plug.
Installing the Fixation

■ In the case of host machine or
Buffer Pass Unit
NOTE:
• Install this equipment after installing the MF
Professional Puncher Attachment to the host
machine(iR-ADV 8505/8595/8585 series only).
•
Illustrations of imagePRESS C10000VP/8000VP
series are used in this procedure, but the
contents and procedure are the same.
1. Remove
the
Face Plate of the host machine or Buffer
Pass Unit. (The removed Face Plate will not be used.)
• Excludes imagePRESS C10000VP/8000VP series
2. Install the 2 Latch Plates of the host machine or
Buffer Pass Unit.
• 4 Screws (Binding; M4x10)
3. Install the Positioning Pin.
• 2 Screws (Binding; M4x10)
