Why does my Canton Smart Connect 5.1 have no sound?

There might be several reasons why your Canton Amplifier isn't producing sound: * The sound format selected on your source device might be incorrect, so please check its settings. * There may be no signal from the player, or the volume is set to "zero". Unlock the digital output on the source device and increase the volume. * The cable connecting the player and the Connect might be faulty or not connected correctly. Check the connection and replace the cable if needed. * Ensure that the protective caps on the connectors of the optical cable (TOSLINK) are removed.
