  If your Canton Amp 5.1 is not turning off automatically, it may be because the standby function is set to Manual [MAN]. To enable automatic shutoff, activate the standby function ECO, AUT, or NSB. Also, if the Auto [AUT] standby function is active and the source device transmits a carrier signal even in standby mode (optical or coaxial digital input only), switch off the source device at its mains switch or disconnect it from the mains.

If the parameter Standby [STB] is set to ECO [ECO], each speaker must be switched on separately with the remote control. If you want to switch all speakers on together, set the parameter to NSB, MAN or AUT.

  If paired wireless speakers do not turn on together with the Canton Amp 5.1: * The (slave) speakers may not be paired to the Amp 5.1. Pair all slave speakers according to chapter Speaker Config [SPC] / Speaker Mapping [SPM]. * The parameter Standby [STB] may be set to ECO [ECO]. If the parameter STB is set to [ECO], each speaker must be switched on separately with the remote control. If you want to switch all speakers on together, set the parameter to NSB, MAN or AUT.
