EU, EO: Errore di bassa o alta tensione di alimentaz.
In caso la tensione di alimentazione sia troppo bassa
compare il messaggio “EU”, se è troppo alta l’indicazione
è “EO”. In questi casi il corretto funzionamento del µchiller
compact, non è più garantito.
EL: Errore di “disturbi” di linea
Compare se nell’alimentazione è presente del ”forte rumore”.
In questo caso i ventilatori se pilotati con i moduli
MCHRTF* inizieranno a funzionare On/Off per il tempo
che permane il disturbo.
Er: Espansione guasta
L'espansione per la sonda di compensazione è guasta.
Ht: Alta temperatura ambiente
L’allarme viene attivato se si supera la soglia (letta da B1)
riportata nel parametro “Pb”.
Esso è ritardato all’accensione dal parametro “PC” e
provoca l’accensione del relè d’allarme e del buzzer senza
la disattivazione delle uscite ed il suo ripristino è automatico
al rientrare delle condizioni che lo hanno generato.
4.3 Segnalazioni
n1, n2: Manutenzione del compressore
Quando il numero di ore di funzionamento del compresso-
re supera la soglia di manutenzione (di fabbrica pari a
zero, quindi il controllo è disabilitato) viene attivata la
segnalazione di richiesta di manutenzione. Non viene atti-
vato il buzzer ed il relè d'allarme.
d1: Stato di sbrinamento
Durante la procedura di sbrinamento la macchina visualiz-
za il messaggio d1 alternativamente alla temperatura
visualizzata; essendo una indicazione di funzionamento
non vengono attivate le procedure standard di presenza
anomalia (cicalino, relè di allarme).
r1: Errore in sbrinamento
Se lo sbrinamento termina per tempo massimo quando
invece viene selezionata la fine per raggiunta soglia di
temperatura o da contatto esterno, la macchina visualizza
la scritta r1. La disattivazione del messaggio avviene con
la procedura di cancellazione allarmi o con l'esecuzione di
un successivo ciclo corretto di sbrinamento.
Non viene attivato il buzzer ed il relè d'allarme.
Cn: Errore di comunicazione con il terminale remoto
In caso di errore di comunicazione tra il µchiller compact e
il terminale remoto viene visualizzato il messaggio Cn;
controllare il cavo ed il parametro H8. Non viene attivato il
buzzer ed il relè d'allarme.
Nota:
Ponendo in stand by il µchiller compact con almeno un
allarme presente, tutte le segnalazioni rimangono attive
tranne il buzzer che si spegne; si ribadisce, inoltre, che a
macchina già in stand by non viene rilevato nessun allar-
me che non sia di sistema (ovvero solo gli allarmi di siste-
ma vengono gestiti, quelli da ingresso digitali no).
EU, EO: Error of high or low supply voltage
If the supply voltage is exceedingly low, the “EU”messsa-
ge appears; if it is exceedingly high, the indication is “EO”.
In these cases the correct functioning of the compact
µchiller is no more assured.
EL: “Noise” error
This error appears if in the power supply a “remarkable
noise” is present. In such case the fans, being driven with
the MCHRTF* modules, will begin to function On/Off as
long as the noise remains.
Er: Expansion error
The expansion module is faulty.
Ht: high ambient temperature
The alarm is activated only if it exceeds the threshold
(read by B1) indicated on “Pb” parameter.
It is delayed at start-up by “PC” parameter and causes the
alarm relay and buzzer start-up without disenergising the
outputs; its reset is automatic at the resetting of the
conditions which caused it.
4.3 Signalling
n1, n2: Compressor maintenance
When the compressor exceeds a selected operating hours
threshold (factory-set value = 0 hour, therefore the control
is disabled) a message prompting maintenance will
appear on the display. Neither the buzzer nor the alarm
relay will be activated.
d1: Defrosting status
During the defrosting procedure the unit displays the d1
message alternatively at the temperature being displayed.
Since it is a functioning indication, the standard procedu-
res of anomaly presence (buzzer, alarm relay) will not be
activated.
r1: Defrosting error
If a defrosting cycle ends for time-out, but instead an end
has been selected for the defrosting cycle when the thre-
shold is reached or from an external contact, the unit will
display 'r1'. This message can be cleared through the
alarm reset procedure or by carrying out a new defrosting
cycle correctly. In this case neither the buzzer nor the
alarm relay will activate.
Cn: Error in the communication with the remote terminal
In case of communication error between the compact
µchiller and the remote terminal, the Cn massage is
displayed; check the cable and the H8 parameter. Neither
the buzzer nor the alarm relay will be energised.
Note:
When µchiller compact is in stand-by and there is at least
one active alarm condition, all the signalling devices will
remain active except the buzzer. When in stand-by,
however, µchiller detects system alarms only (namely, the
alarms from digital inputs will not be managed).
